In this section you will find information on the many ways that you can support the work of HWDT. As a small charity, HWDT relies on the generosity of its supporters to continue our research and education project work to ensure the conservation of our whales, dolphins, and porpoises in their natural marine environment. Even the smallest contribution can make a huge difference.

Volunteer with HWDT

Volunteers are essential to the work of the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust. We welcome volunteers to assist in our Visitor Centre and Shop, to contribute to our education work, and to participate in our boat-based monitoring trips.

HWDT is the only UK charity to offer you the opportunity to exclusively name a Hebridean minke whale.
