One of the aims of the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin       Trust is to educate a wide range of people about the marine environment with a focus on whales, dolphins and porpoises. Our education programme is delivered throughout the west coast of Scotland and teaches people about the local species of this area and related concepts and issues. Through our website we also reach a wider audience in the UK and across the globe. By raising public awareness through education we hope to help safeguard these marine environments and maintain their biodiversity now and in the future.
